The room was spacious with two queen beds, and really clean. I enjoyed the mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the Empire State Building and the free happy hour with wine was a nice touch. The fitness centre was well-equipped too.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend pause in New York with fantastic value for money. One employee went out of their way to find me a room upon my early arrival, which was a nice surprise. It's worth asking about early check-in if you arrive ahead of time.

We enjoyed our stay in a lovely Studio Queen Room. The rooftop area was a highlight, perfect for unwinding with breathtaking views. For families, ordering room service can add up, so plan ahead for snacks. Overall, a nice experience but service inconsistencies could use attention.

I also loved the super comfy bed, the best I've ever slept on! However, I must mention the slow water temperature in the shower that could be improved. I'd definitely choose to stay here again for sure!

The staff truly went above and beyond for us, especially Dante who greeted us with warmth and even offered a complimentary upgrade which blew us away. Plus, the rooftop bar had a stunning view and the calamari we had was out of this world, couldn't believe how good it was.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what we got.
